About Francesca Zeltmann

“The most rewarding part of my job is the ability to help people. We don’t ever want to think about getting hurt but as I learned during my practice, this happens more often than we expect. In the past fifteen years, I’ve helped so many honest and hardworking people who cannot make ends meet because of a disability. I hope to do the same for you.”

Attorney Francesca Zeltmann has over 15 years’ experience handling disability cases.  A graduate of Widener University School of law, she was admitted to practice before the New York Second Judicial Department in 2005 and represented disability claims before the Social Security Agency tribunal. In 2010, she pursued advocacy of disability cases and gained admission to practice before the New York Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She continued her work litigating disability cases in the Administrative and Appellate level. In 2017, she was admitted to practice before the New York Appellate Division.

Ms. Zeltmann also represents veterans’ service connected disability matters. In 2014, she was admitted to practice before the US Veterans Administration and in 2017, the Veterans Court of Appeals.

Francesca Zeltmann was also admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court in 2015.
